Orders and Shipping
Fermax Australia aims to ship orders within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability. Most shipments are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Online purchases are limited to Australia and New Zealand.
To create an account, visit the Fermax Australia website, click on “Login/Register” at the top right corner, and follow the prompts to register your details.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact Fermax Australia as soon as possible to update your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
Once your order is dispatched, Fermax Australia will provide tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Fermax Australia’s website does not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely, and payment details are not retained, ensuring your financial information remains confidential.
Yes, Fermax Australia includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the prices of products sold within Australia. The applicable tax is displayed during the checkout process.
Currently, online purchases are limited to shipping addresses within Australia and New Zealand. For international orders outside these regions, please contact Fermax Australia’s head office to inquire about local distributors.
Fermax Australia strives to consolidate items into a single package whenever possible. However, depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Returns and Exchanges
Fermax Australia accepts returns of new, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted for incorrect purchasing, change of mind, damaged items, or incomplete products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact Fermax Australia with your order number and details about the product. They will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the correct product to be sent.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, contact Fermax Australia immediately. They will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and obtaining a replacement or refund.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact Fermax Australia as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, they may be able to update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, they will advise on the next steps.
Orders can be changed or cancelled if they haven’t been processed for shipping. Contact Fermax Australia promptly to request any modifications. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Fermax Australia may offer pre-orders for certain out-of-stock items. It’s recommended to contact their sales team to inquire about the availability and pre-order options for specific products.
